Intermediate (age 12-14)

By the time students reach these levels they will  be confident users of the English language. Emphasis now is given on the development of critical thinking and learning strategies using real-life and imaginary situations. We focus on phrases and idioms of everyday English extending communication skills both in formal and informal context.

Students are actively engaged in the classroom by:

  • group and individual activities
  • planned, purposeful role-play
  • investigating and exploring information
  • focused learning and teaching.

Focus is on the student to develop certain learning skills in order to become an autonomous and independent learner.
